- Construction: 4 twisted pairs of 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors. No individual or overall metallic shielding is present.

- Burial Depth: Always bury the cable at the depth recommended by local code (often 18-24 inches) and use warning tape above it to prevent future excavation damage. While it can be used in conduit, its direct-burial design often makes conduit optional.
