The Advantages of ADSS:


All-Dielectric Design: Contains no metal, making it non-conductive and immune to electromagnetic interference (EMI). This allows safe installation in high-voltage environments, such as alongside power lines (up to 500kV), without grounding requirements or the risk of electrical shock to technicians


Self-Supporting Structure: Engineered to support its own weight and external loads (wind, ice, etc.) over long spans using internal reinforcement like aramid yarn, eliminating the need for a separate messenger wire or lashing hardware.


Cost-Effective Installation: The single-pass installation process is faster and requires less labor and hardware compared to traditional strand-and-lash methods, often resulting in lower total project costs. Installation can typically be done without shutting down power to existing lines.
